About us

Julie and Simon - Holiday Home Owners

Our Luxury Holiday Home, in the perfect Location of North Tyneside to base yourself for the sightseeing in the area, is decorated to  very high standard, with furnishings perfect for a relaxing night after a day of adventure, sand, sea, swimming or a day out in our fabulous city Newcastle.

As landlords in the local area we thought long and hard about where our next venture would take us, looking across a multitude of Parks for the perfect location for an investment holiday home - our decision was, there were no Parks that had the surrounding areas for visitors and locals to visit more than Whitley Bay - Park Dean

Within our businesses we like to support local talent/community and 'support' groups and this project shall be no different. We intend to rent out the Home twice a year for free to families that would otherwise be unable to have a little break away - for whatever reason

Whitley Bay Beach

Relax, Chill, Surf

Whitley Bay has one of the most popular and easy-to-reach beaches on the north-east coast of England which stretches for two miles of golden sand between St Mary’s Lighthouse and Cullercoats.

The area has plenty of restaurants, shops, parks, surfing. Canoeing and kayaking are also available.

The promenade makes for an especially scenic walk, with views over the North Sea.

Plenty of transport routes to get around the immediate area as well as our Town of Newcastle Upon Tyne
